Field Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Field Technician team.
• Plan and schedule sample collection activities, ensuring that adequate resources are available.
• Ensure that sampling and field testing procedures are followed consistently and that quality assurance/quality control procedures are in place.
• Review and analyze field data to identify trends and report results to stakeholders.
• Provide training and mentorship to Field Technicians to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement.
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to understand their sampling and field testing needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sample collection activities, including sample information, results, and quality control data.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Laboratory Manager.
