- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior laboratory staff in conducting experiments and research projects.
- Lead the preparation and setup of equipment and materials for experiments as per established protocols.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of experimental data.

- Ensure the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory.
